| Garage Sale - Coming Soon! Spring has sprung, or at least the tulips are blooming, and you know what that means? Time for a deep clean, inside and out! Yoga gets the body's creaks and cracks out, but what about your home? It too, needs a little TLC; loosen a little tension, and gain a little muscle in order to deal with life's everyday things. Until they invent Home-ga, a garage sale might be the closest thing! Look out for the Power of Foundation Garage Sale Fundraiser, hosted by the fabulous Royal York Boys this summer. | No MS in My Butt On of our volunteers, Polly, created a wonderful documentary that featured one of our yoga students. This film follows a year in Maria's life helping Polly discover something about herself in the process. As a fundraiser, a film screening was held in May 2006. The proceeds from this screening help to fund our yoga classes. |
